Noah Rodriguez passed away from a Fentanyl poisoning. Deputy Hipolito and Ms. Rodriguez, Noah’s Mom, have been making this presentation to several groups in Hays and Travis Counties, including Schools, Lions Clubs, Rotary Clubs, and Boy Scout Troops, in several local communities, and are now starting to travel to different parts of the state.
