FBI CREST Program

MARK YOUR CALENDARS for Saturday, March 30, 2013 from 8:00am to 4:00pm in the large teaching theater at San Marcos Police Department.

The FBI has offered to the following program to be brought to the HCCSAAA. The FBI CREST (Community Relations Executive Seminar Training) is a shorter, more focused version of the Citizens’ Academy, conducted in partnership with a community group at an offsite location. Students learn about the mission, goals, history, and internal workings of the FBI, but the sessions are customized to meet the needs of each organization. CREST serves as a means to exchange information between the FBI and the participating communities. Through this exchange, criminal problems affecting communities will be identified and addressed.

I will need to have a list of those wishing to attend the course by Friday, February 1, 2013. They can accommodate up to 150 students, and each attendee will receive a certificate from the FBI for attending.

Respectfully,

Jeffrey P. Jordan (SO2774)
